This is my second year teaching at Suncoast School for Innovative Studies. I recently moved here from California where for the past 8 years I was teaching both High School English and Social Studies. With a thorough understanding of what degree of English proficiency is needed to succeed at the high school level, I intend to help your student be adequately prepared for their academic future.

Prior to teaching high school, I have worked as a minister for a Christian church, I have owned my own computer and printing businesses and worked overseas for Peace Corps. I received my Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and my Master's degree in Education from Pepperdine University. In addition to teaching in the public school sector, I also taught computer applications for the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

 

I have been married for 28 years and have three children. All three are presently enrolled in colleges (Florida Gulf Coast, University of Florida and Pepperdine University).
